To start, click on “Add a meal” and decide what you will make, with the ingredients you have on hand as well as what you need. Choose which day(s) you will make and eat the dish(es).
Your shopping list will automatically be developed from the “ingredients needed” list, which you can view and print.
You can then view and print the calendar/schedule to help you remember what you are making and when.
